The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the death of a Fidelity Bank worker, Emmanuel Ebere, who slumped at the finance house’s branch in Ikoyi, an affluent neighbourhood in Lagos, southwest Nigeria. It was learnt that Ebere slumped and died on the bank premises on Wednesday. Ebere who was attached to the Information and Communication Technology unit of the bank was said to have slumped while on duty. He was immediately taken to the Military Hospital in Ikoyi but was confirmed dead by doctors.
