Guy s & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) is seeking an architect to create a strategic vision for the future of its St Thomas Hospital campus in central London [Deadline: 9 June 2021]
The team selected for the estimated £250,000 contract will draw up an overarching vision and principles for the riverside St Thomas Hospital site – identifying key ‘constraints, opportunities and strategic themes’ to provide the basis for a future renewal masterplan.

The study is part of a major renewal of the site by the NHS trust – which employs 15,300 staff and treats around 2.4 million patients every year – and may be extended to include other locations within its central London portfolio. The search for a design team comes almost a year after GSTT launched a new £120 million construction consultancy framework.
