I look at this as a state of emergency because the options are nil and to have to move out of the city or out of the state because that is going to be the option for some of us. It is not affordable, oakland is no longer affordable, there have been people we have contacted us saying, hey, if you want to move to richmond and have a livework space, i am an accountant and i am part of the people who have made it desirable for these developers to come in there.
