Healius chief executive Malcolm Parmenter is mulling the sale of its IVF business, which could result in the pathology giant providing some services to the new owners, while fertility services would be provided to its day hospitals.
The pathology, imaging services and day hospitals operator said on Wednesday that it was exploring “preliminary stages of a possible sale” of Adora Fertility.
Adora continued to trade profitably in the third quarter and it is understood that staff were told a few weeks ago they would be part of the sales process.
