The resolution aims to provide flexibility for bars, restaurants during the pandemic. 1:00 pm, Feb. 23, 2021 ×

The resolution allows temporary use of outdoor shoreland space on bars and restaurants “to facilitate food and alcohol service,” consistent with federal and state orders and public health and safety guidelines, that would otherwise be prohibited by the county’s shoreland ordinance.
