Henrico Police say no one was injured when a hot air balloon had to make an unplanned landing in the 800 block of Azalea Avenue at around 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
A Marcus Alert was not implemented the night a Henrico Police Officer shot and killed a Henrico man during a domestic dispute at a Highland Springs home, a Henrico Police spokesperson confirmed.
