Blue Ridge Humane Community Outreach staff will host two giveaways In June as well as provide food and support for the Interfaith Assistance Ministry’s Drive-Thru Tuesdays on the fourth Tuesday of the month, according to a news release from BRHS.
The first pet food giveaway of the month will take place on Monday, June 14.
Pet owners who need pet food are invited to the following drive-thru giveaways:
Monday, June 14, 3-5:30 p.m., Blue Ridge Humane Society Adoption Center, located at 88 Centipede Lane, Hendersonville.
Saturday, June 26, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., at the Boys & Girls Club of Henderson County Parking Lot, located at 304 Ashe St, Hendersonville.

Free cat and dog food giveaways will be offered by Blue Ridge Humane Society throughout the month of March.
Blue Ridge Humane Community Outreach staff will host two giveaways this month as well as provide food and support for the Interfaith Assistance Ministry’s Drive-Thru Tuesdays on the fourth Tuesday of the month, according to a news release. The first giveaway will take place on Monday, March 8, at the new time of 2 to 5:30 p.m. at the BRHS Adoption Center located at 88 Centipede Lane in Hendersonville.
“We want to make our drive-up food giveaways as accessible as possible with a new time frame,” shares Megan Burnett, Community Outreach Manager. “We hope that if you need food for your pet that you’ll come see us!”
