今年7月20日下午，前所未有的特大暴雨袭击郑州，位于白沙园区、正在建设中的香玉剧院被洪水倒灌，五米深的地下停车场被淹没，整个建设工地一片汪洋，水深普遍在1.5米以上。
7月24日下午5点，获悉香玉剧院被洪水围困的消息，中建新疆建工中原分公司总经理孟一凡立即带领技术人员赶赴现场，查看情况，制订抢险方案。当天夜里，该公司连夜采购发电机、污水泵、消防水袋等抢险设备，同时还购置了足够的燃油，供发电机使用。
次日天刚亮，11个水泵开始同时抽水，该公司的电工、管理人员24小时驻场，从7月25日早上6点至8月1日晚上6点，经过八天七夜的工作，香玉剧院建设现场以及地下室的积水全部抽干。香玉剧院项目目前复工复产工作已经展开。文/本报记者 张恩杰
