Soren’s five-day custody ended on Wednesday, after which the ED produced him in the Special Court of Dinesh Rai, saying the agency needs to confront him with certain witnesses and accused.
Earlier today, the Supreme Court declined to entertain his petition challenging his arrest by the ED. Instead, he was asked to approach the jurisdictional high court.
