ATHENS Greece and Albania open a new chapter in their bilateral relations, said Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Dendias at the online public discussion “Albania & Greece relations–What do citizens think”, held by the Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) on Tuesday.
