In Derrick Avenue or the Cyrildene Chinatown, there are not many people who are not Chinese. Both sides of the street are alive with Chinese supermarkets, fresh produce spilling onto the street where it becomes waste the further it ventures, massage places, restaurants, trucks bleeping to park, Mercs and busy Chinese men. Chinese women run across the street in pretty pumps. Hardly any hubbubs or conversations feature English.

AS WE approach the end of what has been a year like no other, we saw it fitting to look back at some of the standout snaps submitted our Camera Club in 2020. Once again we were sent hundreds of your best pictures throughout the year, with Camera Club members taking pictures from close to home, and as far away as Nepal. We would like to thank all of our members for sharing pictures with us again – we are really grateful and hope to see more of your best shots in 2021.
