President putin who was in the city at the time said all causes, including terrorism, were being investigated. The explosion happened in a Train Carriage as it travelled between two stations. Within minutes the entire network was closed and police later found and defused a device at another station. Our correspondent Steve Rosenberg reports from St Petersburg. A woman is shouting.
