A heartbroken mum has spoken of the constant pain and loss she feels since her teenage son s sudden death.
Thomas Brookes, 16, was found dead at home in Grangetown, Sunderland, in October 2019.
Mum Helen Wardropper, 41, tried to resuscitate him but despite her best efforts he was pronounced dead.
Thomas would have celebrated his 18th birthday on May 4 but instead mum Helen said she faces a life sentence of grief after his death.
