Helen Skelton has made the surprise revelation that she took on Strictly Come Dancing last year, fresh out of her break-up from husband Richie Myler, as she believed the show couldn t have been any more terrifying than what she d already experienced.

“This little treat is @FCUK it’s in now. #loan.”
Alongside a picture on Instagram, she flashed a smile as she posed alongside a pony.
She commented: “My little pony.. well he’s actually a @cannonhallfarm resident. Series continues this eve 8 pm @channel5 tv.”

Many of her 236,000 followers flocked to her post to comment.
One user wrote: “Great series on the farm.”
“Gorgeous lady,” a second commented while a third added: “No you can t take him home Helen. Looking forward to tonight s programme.”
“Please stop these nonsense accounts…,” she began, before sharing her warning with her 233,000 followers.

Helen is not the only person to fall victim to this kind scam.
Many celebrities have seen fake accounts pop up in their name on social media.
Death In Paradise star Josephine Jobert, who plays Detective Sergeant Florence Cassell in the BBC detective drama, was forced to issue a warning to fans last month after similarly learning of an account impersonating her.
