Helen Ralph won the Realtor Choice Award for the second time, while Runge, who is also KADREA president, was honoured with the Distinguished Service Award. Ron Fawcett, executive director of Kelson Group, and KADREA’s affiliate member Frilan Appraisals were named winners of the Non-member Citizenship and Outstanding Affiliate categories, respectively. “Realtors have changed their business practices to ensure the safety of all those looking to buy and sell homes this year,” KADREA executive officer Trevor Koot said. “Everyone has been profoundly affected by the events of 2020 and now, more than ever, we need to end the year on a positive note. The KADREA Realtor Awards is our way of recognizing the professionalism and community contribution of realtors in and around Kamloops.”
