Organic tomatoes currently have strong volumes and are hitting peak supply in the coming weeks.
“We continue to deepen and expand our supply and expect strong volume through Q1,” says Aaron Brookes, director of sales and marketing for Jacobs Farm del Cabo based in Pescadero, CA.
The grower produces its del Cabo brand tomatoes year-round and its organic offerings include its Sugar Plum grape tomatoes, Heirloom Medley cherry tomatoes and its specialty varieties including red and yellow pear tomatoes, Honey Bunch, Sweet 100s and more out of Baja California Sur and Sonora, Mexico.
