The Muskegon Heights Department of Public Works has their work cut out for them this morning after what they're calling a 'glitch' in the system triggered citywide outages.
It all happens Monday, April 8 when a total solar eclipse will span across the U.S., Mexico and Canada as the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, blocking sunlight.
