Galloway Township Police spent much of Friday search for a missing woman they say recently suffered a head injury and was dealing with post-concussion related symptoms. Police say Heather Kaczynski, 46, was reported missing Thursday night. She was last seen at about 5pm Thursday at her home on Liebig Avenue in Galloway Township. According to police: The family is concerned for Heather’s safety as she suffered a head injury within the last week and has been dealing with post-concussion related symptoms. Heather has been on medications and it is unclear at this time if she has her needed medication. Heather’s phone and I-watch were left behind as well as her purse and identification.
