For us annoying rain 37 degrees. Factor in the wind and it feels like 29. Make sure you wear that warm coat because it hasnt been that cold all week. Winter weather advisory little later on, well, starting now through 1 00 for carbon and Monroe County for possibility of freezing rain but for the rest of us there are showers, 42 by lunchtime High Temperature in the upper 40s later on, bob kelly.
