There should “absolutely” be a limit on the number of animals Londoners can foster in their homes, says Ward 5 Coun. Maureen Cassidy.
“I can’t support (the) status quo. I don’t think the status quo is fair (to the owners of adjacent properties),” she said Wednesday. “It’s not just about the animal welfare, it’s the neighbouring homes.”
