When it came right down to it, the township supervisors conditional approval Wednesday of a preliminary plan on the project was pretty much a matter of law.
Though her explanation was interrupted by shouts from residents opposed to the project, township solicitor Elizabeth A. Magovern explained that the nearly 300-acre site was zoned light industrial and the developer had complied with all relative township ordinances.

âWe canât just simply say to Duke Realty that we donât like you bringing warehouses into an area zoned industrial for 20 years,â she said. âThis is a corridor zoned industrial by a previous board of township supervisors.â
