School districts experiencing cash flow shortages due to funding can borrow money in the early months of the school year to meet their obligations and pay back the loan when property taxes roll in toward the end of the school year, according to Young.
This summer, construction is in progress at 14 buildings including the new James Madison STEAM Academy, and the new Greeley-Evans School District Career and Technical Education Center and relocation of Jefferson High School to one site at 2nd Street and 14th Avenue in Greeley.
