Môn Actif have recently launched a new activities programme to encourage Anglesey residents aged 60 years and over to keep active during the Coronavirus pandemic. The new fitness programme includes a weekly schedule of low intensity fitness classes which can be accessed online. Commercial Leisure Manager Gerallt Roberts said: “Môn Actif is joining other leisure providers across Wales to support healthy lifestyles and participation in physical activity for those aged 60 and over. The programme of activity has been made possible thanks to funding from Sport Wales and the Welsh Government.” It will undoubtedly help us support individuals aged 60 and older on Anglesey to keep as active as possible during these challenging times.”
