PN Facebook Share Nearly 25 years after opening, The Healthy Grocer in Hampden Township announced today the store is closing on May 1. The grocery at 3800 Trindle Road was one of the first in the Harrisburg area to offer healthy, natural and organic foods, supplements and cleaning supplies well before supermarkets stocked the items. The Healthy Grocer was founded by Jeff Wolfson in 1996. Wolfson sold the business in 2016 to William Roche, who had previously worked in the food and manufacturing industry.
