The month of May is traditionally known as Mental Health Awareness Month and we’re pretty sure that, thanks to the never-ending pandemic, the vast majority of Canadians are now familiar with what’s going on inside their heads and hearts.
It’s a given we’ve all learned to toggle between the guilt and grief of those who have become victims of the virus to those who are suffering just as badly from the effects of being in lockdown. It’s a fine balancing act on a very sharp sword.
