Parents tell us drivers have no regard for safety around Garfield Elementary in oakland. Reporter parents teachers and students safe while they are protesting people are driving better. That is not always the case in this neighborhood. They want to see changes made to make the drivers slow down. After the final bill students turned into protesters outside Garfield Elementary.
