Exposing himself near a school. Investigators say 35yearold wayne roach exposed himself in his car behind ps134 in the bronx. Roach has been charged with lewdness and driving while intoxicated. A tenyear department veteran, roach has now been suspended. A police in manhattan investigating a possible anti semitic attack on the manager of an Upper West Side bookstore.
