The Democratic Alliance (DA) will lay criminal charges against Health Minister Zweli Mkhize and Health Director General Dr Sandile Buthelezi, on Thursday, for their alleged involvement with the controversial Digital Vibes contract. Mkhize’s department is said to have irregularly awarded a R150-million contract in 2019 to Digital Vibes to provide communication services for government’s National Health Insurance and later it’s Covid-19 response.
