The Madurai bench of the Madras High Court on Wednesday refused to lift the stay on the Arumugasamy Commission s inquiry report regarding the allegations against former Tamil Nadu Health Minister C Vijayabaskar in connection with the death of former CM J Jayalalithaa.
Jayalalithaa s death: The Arumughaswamy Commission of Inquiry concluded that Sasikala, Jayalalithaa`s personal Doctor K S Sivakumar, then Health Secretary Radhakrishnan, C Vijayabaskar who was health Minister then are found to be be at fault and an investigation is to be ordered.
