Down. Just seemed like theres always something happening around this area. Reporter lauer roo reid never expected to see something horrible like this. Passenger train cars toppled from the tracks. Down on top of traffic that was flowing below. When we got to the scene, it was obvious that there were some fatalities and there were a lot of injuries and some people were able to get off the train. Reporter those people taken away in ambulances or standing wrapped in blankets along the road. About 40 miles from the seattle amtrak station where they boarded the very first run of a faster new route. Multiple cars and trucks were struck by train cars that left the train tracks and went down on to the road. Its terrible thing. Very upsetting even though when you seat pictures its pretty horrific at this point nobody in any of the vehicles is a fatal. Fatals are contained to the train. Today. Officer Robert Wilson iii here at this store in north philadelphia buying a game for his son when he was gunned down. Police say shots while trying to stop two people bursting into the store with the intent of robbing the place. The scene remains under investigation this morning. Meantime, police have execute add warrant and recovered evidence from this house on the 1200 block of hollywood street. Were told this activity is related to the case. Police also recovered an ak47 from the property. Now, officer wilson was 30 years old and eight year veteran of the police force. He went into the game stop, at 22nd and lehigh, just after 4 30, thursday afternoon. He was in line and buying a game for his son who did well in school. Two people came in, announced it was a robbery the operation err end gained, gunfire from both side. The officer shot nine times kept firing, until one bullet hit him in the head. Carolina Law Enforcement officials and it gives us a better idea of what happened when officer Michael Slager first made contact with walter scott. Saturday morning in north charleston, South Carolina 50yearold walter scott sat inside his car after being stopped by officer Michael Slager who pulled scott over for a broken taillight. Scott then toll officer slager he didnt have the proper insurance paper work because he was getting ready to buy the car two days later. If you dont have the insurance on your car you have to have insurance. He told him the insurance card was with his friend. My car is down. Officer slager told scott to wait in the car. All right. Almost 45 seconds walter scott opened his door and began running officer slager started running after him his microphone recorded the officer use the word taser three times.
