Earlier in the day for sure. In the south bay, safety concerns over Outdoor Dining as restaurants have tried to move their operations outside because of the pandemic. San jose police now investigating a pair of unrelated crashes, one involving a man who drove right into a crowd of diners. Abc 7 News Reporter chris nguyen has the story. Reporter this video shows the aftermath of what San Jose Police are calling a tragic accident in which a 69yearold man plowed into diners gathered for dim sum on saturday afternoon. Right now all eindications talking to witnesses is he thought he was using his brake but accelerated.
