Grand jury decision to clear two of three Police Officers involved in the deadly raid on Breonna Taylors apartment. Good evening. Thank you for joining us. Breonna taylor was shot and killed by police in march as officers served a no knock warrant at her boyfriends apartment. Thinking it was an intruder the boyfriend fired a warning shot that struck an officer in the leg. Brett hankison was fired as a ruflt the incident. He is the lone officer charged and is out on bail tonight. He wantonly shot a gun. Reporter those words would be repeated two more times as a grand jury chose to indict former Police Officer Brett Hankison in the Breonna Taylor case.
