Do it with better management. They say we have to have an organization which was brought to you in 2010. In their mind, these targets are bonus money, to pay for their infrastructure so they can accomplish the goals in the initiatives they are talking about. They are not looking to pad their walt. Wallet. They are looking to pay for the structure. When you have to take a registry of all this and communicate properly, it takes time and money and skill sets need to be developed. So i hear what you are saying, but from them its a matter of building a structure so they can go forward as a competitive well organized and well structured entity. Thats just some feedback.
