Reply The Rhode Island Department of Health has announced the opening of two additional coronavirus testing sites. (Jenna Fisher/Patch) CRANSTON, RI Two new coronavirus testing sites have opened for Rhode Island residents, one in Middletown and the other in Woonsocket, said Dr. Nicole Alexander-Scott at Thursday s vaccination update. The Middletown vaccination site at Knights of Columbus on Valley Rd. will be open Monday through Friday from 9a.m. until 5 p.m. and the Woonsocket vaccination site at Thundermist Health Center on Clinton St. will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Both testing sites have the capacity to deliver 500 tests a day, allowing Rhode Island to test 7,000 more residents each week.
