We are on the verge of this. I have been woring closely with our council to try to be clear about what the role of the executive director and the hss staff is in this process as well as what our responsibilities are as a board as we go forward. So i thought with the guidance of council, after going through other it its other things i thought we wanted to do. To provide opportunity for the board if there are any concerns or articulated issues that we feel we would like to at least be sure that the staff at the beginning of the process and i dont see the board getting diagnosis muddling around in interviews and that sort of things but at the beginning of this process, before the recommendation is brought back, if there are issues and concerned that we wish to at least vocalize and be sure they are made note of as the staff undertakes it work, this would be time to put that on the table.
