The weaker sectors were those that would be hurt if the trump agenda and tax cuts failed to materialize. Dollar was lower. Bond yields were lower. Oil levels were lower. And it all of a sudden turned around. S p 500 went positive in the last 20 minutes of the day and ended slightly negative. What happened . Its still being debated.
