that don t have to be spent by the state right now. how about that, joy-ann? what the supreme court basically did was make it easier for states to get away from this. before the health care ruling, which was of course mostly covered because it upheld the constitutionality of most of the affordable care act, but before that ruling, basically the states thought they would have to do it or risk their entire federal health care money. this way, they can sort of get out through door number three, that s a new door that s sort of the more conservative, that s open for them on the court. what does that do for you? do you think lynn s right about the way the hospital constituency can kick into gear? i predict most of these states in the end will sign on to it. if you look at the states on the list you just showed, they are overrepresented in medicaid patients. they are already paying huge bills. some of the states have 30%, 35% of their children already on medicaid. hospitals have always c
