WMMC Auxiliary Scholarships Awarded Each spring, the Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) Auxiliary sponsors the Health Care Career Scholarships for students who are pursuing or furthering their education in any health care field. Recipients are selected by the WMMC Auxiliary Scholarship Committee based on financial need, scholastic ability, work plans and a demonstrated interest in health care. The WMMC Auxiliary has awarded $1,000 scholarships to five students. This year’s recipients include: Isabella Hadden, Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Central Missouri (UCM); Cassandra Irvine, Associates Degree in Nursing at State Fair Community College (SFCC); Anna Mori-Kreiner, Doctor of Medicine at University of Missouri School of Medicine; Jack Mwamba, Bachelor of Science in Biology at UCM; Allyson Nowland, Associates Degree in Nursing at SFCC.
