Lee faces charges of escaping custody and resisting arrest. The Sheriffs Department says lee was slightly injured during his capture. He was taken to hospital and will be rebooked into the county jail. In san jose, kpix5. All wet while trying to evade police. They were caught this morning in oakland after police say they robbed a half dozen people. Then tried to get away from police in a stolen car. They crashed it, took off on foot, ran through a creek and into an unoccupied home. They surrounded that house. Stolen items are being returned to the anglers. Were hearing the 911 call that led to mcdonalds arrest. It was the alleged victims mother who called police after her daughter had called her for help trying to escape.
