Tonight the sources say that the investigators are not getting cooperation from the owner from the suspected hitandrun vehicle. Tonight only action news was there as the police towed the silver volvo into their impound lot. It obtained exclusively slamming into a car in West Philadelphia at about 9 00 at night. We will show the people running towards him but not the accident. They helped but the male driver of that volvo didnt slow down. The accident investigators received an anonymous tip that led them to south cecil street. They spotted the volvo with front end damage and a broken windshield we could see for ourse
