MUSCAT: Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office, received in his office on Thursday Dr Mohammad Javad Zarif, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, within the framework of his current visit to the Sultanate.
The two sides reaffirmed the firm, historic relations binding the two countries and the existing bilateral cooperation. They also expressed their joint keenness to continue dialogue for the good of the region to ensure its peace and stability.
Gen Al Numani commended the level of fraternal and neighbouring relations between the two friendly countries. He expressed the Sultanate s aspiration to further promote cooperation in all spheres.
