he has filed claims with official government entities and had those claims rejected. another whistle-blower, george hill, was suspended, or sorry, was retired from the fbi, and doesn t appear to have firsthand knowledge of the claims that he s making. he also has made a number of controversial tweets about january 6th, including in one tweet saying that he thought the insurrection was a setup. and the third whistle-blower is suspended fbi agent garrett oboyle who wouldn t provide democrats with any of the documents or paperwork that would explain why he was suspended. so all of this i ve learned from weeks of talking with sources, and even getting a first exclusive look at the transcripts of these interviews. excellent digging. glad you re asking the tough questions, annie. so what does this mean for jim jordan s investigations? so amara, jim jordan has
late, compared to where other probes started, it s hard to defend that record over there. that s a question for attorney general garland ultimately. congressman schiff, thank you tonight. thank you. appreciate it. coming up later in the program, guess who s back? 50 cent. we re going to get into all of it, including the news he s making across the tv and fox universe. also tonight, republican nikki haley getting grilled about her on again/off again maga issues. we have the tape, we have the facts. and if it s thursday, it s ufos in the news? don t get alarmed. u just stands for unidentified. biden speaking out. more on that story coming up. e . we ve been married 45 years. i m taking a two-year business course. i ve been studying a lot. i ve been producing and directing for over 50 years. it s a very detailed thing and the pressure s all on me. i noticed i really wasn t quite as sharp as i was. my boss told me about prevagen
hunter s life, to a lot of data that ended up in other hands and has kind of, you know, been embarrassing quite frankly, but they have kind of been tired of keeping their head down which is what they have often been told. let this blow over. so, i mean, i think that this is a moment they want to begin to to kind of have had a little bit of retribution to those who they believe have wrongly accused him and wrongly disseminated some of his personal data, so, you know, it it isn t without ring. as you mentioned, hunter has his own legal challenges right now that he s still facing with the tax investigation, you know, so but he s making. choice at this point to xhind of go after the opponents. the people who he believes have wronged him so it s unclear how will the politics will play out.
24, as well. that to me is tantamount to rewarding donald trump for all of the maneuvers that he s making, including announcing his election right now. you know, i don t really get it. you know, i think in the last hour, you had, you know, a description of how jeff sessions wasn t up to the task and then you said robert mueller wasn t up to the task, and bill barr certainly wasn t up to the task. now it seems merrick garland isn t up to it, either. now zach smith is up to it. i think he will indict, particularly on the mar-a-lago stuff, because that is such an open and shut investigation. but precisely because it s so open and shut, i don t see why a special counsel was needed. it doesn t make sense to me. and if it s because there s a conflict of interest, because president biden is going to run in 24, i would the end to think that means there is also a conflict of interest about the hunter biden investigation and a special counsel would be merited there, too. so i guess i just don
investigations, one about did you try to disrupt the procedures in congress january 6th. one is about the classified documents. there s a january 6th select committee, there s the georgia investigation. there s a house ways and means tax investigation, there s a manhattan criminal investigation of the trump organization. there s a new york attorney general fraud lawsuit. again, innocent until proven guilty, but different to announce a presidential campaign with all of that around you. right. this is a highly unusual thing for, you know, for everybody involved, and i think, you know, the former president is making the play here that if any of those investigations go forward, that it actually just propels him and makes him more popular. i think that s the play he s making. we ll see whether these prosecutors, any one of these prosecutors actually goes ahead. i mean, i think everybody, though, is quite aware of this. i mean, people at the justice department have talked about this behind
