Rodolfo Azurin Jr., has commended law enforcers in Davao Region for the successful conduct of major operations that led to the arrest of suspects in separate areas, the police regional office (PRO-11) reported Monday. In a statement Sunday, Azurin lauded police personnel and social workers in Panabo City, Davao Del Norte, for the Sept. 9 operation that led to the arrest of a certain Alvin Lim Minoza for alleged child exploitation. During the operation, four victims of online sexual exploitation were rescued - one minor and three adults, PRO-11 said. The victims were turned over to Panabo's Social Welfare Development Office for assessment, and evaluation and further recommended for immediate medical check-ups.
