(Courtesy of DSWD) MANILA - The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has earned a Civil Service Commission (CSC) recognition for having the highest resolution rate of referred complaints from January to June 2022 through the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB). The CCB ensures that government agencies are compliant with Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 in responding to public concerns. The CCB monitors the status of resolutions done by agencies. In a CCB report shared to the media on Tuesday, the DSWD achieved 93.33 percent resolution rate given the 15 complaints referred by the CSC for the first semester of the year. In a statement, the DSWD said it will continue to pursues excellence in program and project implementation, including adherence to the Anti-Red Tape Act.
