MANILA - The Department of Health (DOH) on Monday logged 360 new cases of Covid-19, bringing the nation's overall tally to 2,836,803. In its latest case bulletin, the DOH said the active cases dipped further to 11,083 with a relatively lower number of new infections. Among the active cases, 4,292 are mild, 782 are asymptomatic, 399 are critical, 1,948 are severe, and 3,662 are moderate. "Of the 360 reported cases today, 348 or 97 percent occurred within the recent 14 days - November 30 to December 13, 2021," the DOH said. It added that the top regions with most cases in the recent two weeks were the National Capital Region with 65 or 19 percent, Calabarzon with 32 or 9 percent, and Western Visayas with 32 or 9 percent of the country's new cases.
