The Bacolod City Government Center.(PNA Bacolod file photo) BACOLOD CITY - The Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) was closed Tuesday afternoon to give way for disinfection, following reports that some employees have been feeling unwell in the past few days. Engineer Amy Tentia, building administrator of BCGC, said the entire building was sealed off starting at 4 p.m. to decontaminate all offices. "This is a precautionary measure after several department heads reported that some of their employees are not feeling well," she added. Teams disinfected offices located on the second and third floors first and then those on the ground floor. "[We want to] ensure a safe and clean workplace for city government employees so they can continue to serve the constituents and provide them with basic services," Tentia said.
