By Matt Grossman Anthem Inc. Tuesday raised its full-year earnings guidance after topping analysts profit forecasts for the first three months of the year. The Indianapolis-based insurer said it now expects adjusted net income of more than $25.10 a share this year, compared with a previous forecast of greater than $24.50 a share. The company forecast operating revenue of $135.1 billion for the year. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had been forecasting adjusted earnings of $24.70 a share, and revenue of $135.77 billion.
