500 0.2%)이 글로벌 완성차업체인 미국 GM(제너럴 모터스)으로부터 2020 품질우수상 을 수상했다고 6일 밝혔다. 이번 수상으로 LG이노텍은 GM 품질우수상을 2017년부터 지난해까지 4년 연속 수상했다.
품질우수상은 GM이 매년 품질 결함 제로(0) 수준의 엄격한 기준을 만족한 협력사에만 수여하는 상이다. 완성차에 장착되는 부품을 완벽한 품질로 공급해야만 상을 받을 수 있다.
LG이노텍은 이번 수상을 계기로 글로벌 전장(전자장비)부품 시장을 이끄는 품질 리더십을 다시 한번 확고히 했다. 특히 전장부품사업을 미래 성장동력으로 적극 육성 중인 만큼 더욱 의미가 크다는 평가다.
