The Supreme Court on Monday issued notices to the Centre and the Tamil Nadu government seeking their response to a plea filed by two convicts in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case. The two convicts, Nalini Sriharan and RP Ravichandran, are serving life sentences in the case.

The Delhi High Court (HC) on Wednesday, May 19, issued notice to the Centre and Bharat Biotech on a plea challenging phase II and III clinical trials of Covaxin for children aged between 2-18 years of age.
The court, however, refused to stay the government s notification regarding the same granted on May 12, as sought by the petitioner, Sanjeev Kumar.
