Luzerne County Community College will offer courses for the spring semester at its Hazleton center. Those classes include accounting, art, business, chemistry, emergency medical services, English, first-year experience, history and math as well as computer literacy, criminal justice, English as a second language, health and physical education, psychology, reading and study skills, sociology and speech. Spring semester classes begin Feb. 1, with day and evening classes offered.
